Message: A thought about RN in retro.

Sum,

I have spoken to several Geo's in the ROF who firmly believe Nemis should not have gone ahead with the ramp at Windfall. I believe this alone was not reason enough to remove Richard from his throne. Unfortunately, when Richard came out with the statement about going at alone it must have upset some of the major shareholders.

This is a list of events that made things difficult for Richard and his team.

1. Windfall is a dud. (Did Richard get bad advice from his team of Geo's?)

2. Burn rate is too high.

3. Too many joint ventures ( Costs too much money to administer)

4. Going at it alone. (Now we are talking about spending serious money)

I'm trying very hard to look at the business without bringing emotions into the equation. I wonder sometimes where we would be today if Richard focused his resources on the ROF. It's a case of rapid growth followed by a loss of control.I believe the company (NOT) is now in control operation but the lack of communication is making shareholders feel that they have no control.
