if I recall most of englishsettlements post's have had the same tone.Possibly a little bit of history will help.In 1999/2000 Not had an AGM 6 people were present Richard,Elaine ,3 Directors plus myself a shareholder.NOT was financially strapped at the time Richard had and was keeping the Co. by financing it himself,to the tune of well inexcess of $100,000.00 .The Co. could not pay him back so he exchanged the debt for stock,with the hope one day things would change.This is the way Richard garners respect he earned his stripes.He was not parachuted into the job.His opion was and is look after the little guyand his door was always open,as opposed to what is in place now.So you will have to excuse people who become a little testy,this new BoD has big shoes to fill.
