Jackie - you hit the nail on the head.

The OSC has to step up to the plate and do their thing to help the Canadian economy recover and that will not happen if retail investors are left to the trade swings created by the institutional funds that make the market do what they want.

Maybe we should be sending a letter to the OSC similar to the effort to get local MP's involved in the ROF??????
