OK, I apologise for being a bit heavy handed HOWEVER you aren't a novice anymore and should know better than to post as factual something you don't know. The post is off topic as well but if correct nobody would have minded.

It is not a matter 75% sure or 25% sure, in this case it's a completely made up quotation. It's word for word what is circulated on the internet and has been debunked.
