What you are describing to me is natural being that manipulation is omnipresent in the market. Perhaps instead of calling it natural I should just call it usual. As for the sp going down, it will do so without news and the passage of time. Haven't been in a stock that hasn't responded this way. As long as there is a sense of there not being news for a while they will drive it down and the farther they get the more worry they will create and the more investors will finally capitulate and sell. Notice the drop from 1.35.... resistance all the way down to selling but ultimately without news people sell to protect principle. It's totally to be expected particularly when there is no inkling of any rumours or N.R.s. The total info. blackout from NOT BOD actually facilitates this whole scenario so without news or rumour people grow more skittish and easier to shake out. This was a major change with the new BOD minus Nemis. There is a hermetic seal around anything NOT and it has increased some affects in the market.... to the advantage of some and not others.
