The Chinese will be, like others, looking for a place to put major dollars and avoid exposure to US Dollar. Problem for Canada is that there are limited investment opportunities where large dollars can flow into. This does indeed make the 'ROF' extremely attactive WHEN the risk/reward is better than it is right now.

First the ROF exploration companies have to PROVE that there is little doubt a major mining camp is economic. That requires MORE, more nickel, more copper, more pgms and yes MORE Chromite. We wouldn't be invested in Noront and other plays if we didn't believe this is just a matter of time.

WHEN is the unknown quantity and this current winter drill season may tell us. In my opinion no deal will be put on the table, of any size, until success is almost 100% guaranteed. Several billion dollars doesn't get spent on a kiss and a promise.
