thanks for your response joe.

The best we can hope for as Share Holders is that there are several Interested Groups out there looking on, and developing their own plans as to what to do, if anything, should any of their competators attempt, or be attempting, to get a healthy Foothold in either NOT and or any other Property Holders in close proximity to NOT and the RoF.

The above paragraph of your post is where my head is at right now. i think there are interested groups out there.

Thats what I mean by over drilling. leave it until one moves in to help..:)
