10 percent of Not

I understand that anyone who accumulates 10 % or more of Not shares must disclose this information.

1)Is this every quarter, or is it monthly?

2)Where would we find this information?

I believe that Rosseau and Sprott, were close to 10 % around the annual meeting, (end of October). It would be interesting to see if they bought enough to go over the 10% threshhold since that time.
