Yes, and he basically concurred. Windfall is not dead. They both said basically that it would not produce any results without a lot more work. which they do not intend to spend time or money on at the present, and if someone came along that wanted to spend this money, they would probably deal it away. If not they simply mothball it for the foreseeable future.
