First off, I was very hesitant to try to speak 1-1 with Joe Hamilton. The whole aura of the place was cold, compared to FWR. I eventually found myself in the middle of the booth with him and the time was right. Notie was there beside me and should be able to confirm my feelings on the atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed the 10 mins he gave us as he had to leave for some appt. Here goes;
Windfall is dead for now nothing there as I said earlier. Eagle1 is finished. Hole 44 will add possibly 10% to the 43-101, but the situation is that they simply cannot see under it with any sort of confidence as anything they do is skewered by eagle1 itself. They have a plan to do a bunch of downhole geos from existing holes which will give them a better picture of what is there, but it takes time and there are better places to spend the money right now. They haven't abandoned further work, simply delaying it until they have better info. They have 2 drills on BB2. BB1 is closed off. They intend to close off BB2 and then do a 43-101 on them both. They describe them totally different than FWR, actually Joe described BB1 as a flattened cigar, and said BB2 is similar.I also understood him to say they are stand alone bodys, as opposed to FWR's single long body.
They do have 4 drills as discussed earlier. 2 are working BB's, one is drilling AT12, and the 4th is idle. It will be utilized starting mid feb for grid #2 which is being completed northeast of FWR claims.
I am now enroute to a family supper and gone for the evening. I will post more later this evening or early tomorrow morning.
