From Don Hoy and J Hamilton.....Windfall just doesn't make the grade right now...need tons more work....they drifted right thru hole 100 and it wasn't anywhere good enough....gold is in lots of places there, but is it not economical.....they say not yet....so energy and funds go to ROF.

They can't and won't talk about TSX.....why?.....opinion is because they are in the process.....well I hope so!

I chatted with the IR people.....I was forthright and maybe agressive in my position that the company is not presenting news as upbeat as it could. They were adamant that they can only present within the TSX &(OSC?) guidelines.....when I pushed on the thought that a TSX listing is in the works...they both vehemently denied any knowledge or info or willingness to discuss that....well fair enough, they are bound by the rules. The real question is do we read between the lines? The body language and strong denial suggests to me that it will (TSX) happen sooner than later....just my feeling. But feelings have got me in a WHOLE lot of trouble in this life....lol

They have professional head hunters scouring the international landscape for our new CEO......our IR firm meets with NOT 1 or 2 times per week to vet the results....I asked if we will have a new CEO within the 6 month co-CEO period....there response was that it will happen when they find the right person. Joe Hamilton in his presentation on NOT stated that the search could be over by the end of February.

Harvey and Mungal still actively employed as the exploration team.
