"It may not require a 43-101 before we can see 'Chromite' being given a value for ROF exploration companies. However 'potential' is just downright misleading and the market rightly ignores this 'potential'. "
If not for a 43-101 then what would it take for the market to place a value on Chrome. I give you the uncertainty specific to the the word "potential" as markets do not take to uncertainty very well.
However, when Noront first hit Ni the market took off like a rocket, without a 43-101 and ran on speculation that more will be found. In fact, in advance of Chrome being discovered, the market took to the massive sulphides as being more Ni and further advanced the SP only to learn that this other less known metal was discovered, chrome, and purnished the SP accordingly. It did not like Chrome! Why?
So, it does get back to what value does it assign to chrome. And is it as simple as PM states that it is do to it has never been mined in N/A. If so, when will it learn what Chrome is and value it accordingly?
Let me ask this question, if Ni was found instead of Chrome what value would the market place on NOT? And if Chrome at the %'s discovered is equivalent to 3.5% Ni shouldn't our SP be reflective similar in nature to Ni equivalent, which I assume would be much higher then todays SP?
