One point you make that I'd like to comment on is 'seeking FNC's approval for road through their claims.' In fact no such approval would, in my opionion, be required. Mining claims are the right to explore for and extract mineralization. It is not ownership of the land and right of access through such land would be up to the owner of the land involved which in this case is the Province of Ontario not FNC.
