I think Barrick wants WINDFALL & Mcfauld's (NORONT PROPERTY ) BOTH .

Don't forget 2 NOT BOD are also Barrick BOD .

At this time maybe just a buy in .

Remember Barrick wants to diversify , what better company than Noront & CONNECTIONS are already in place .

I think Rosseau new what he was doing when he set this BOD up .
