still need FNC for a mine?

Does NOT have enough for a mine now, or do we still need FNC to strike as well. Do we have enough leverage to be ballsey? And does anyone know if our new president is good at negotiation tactics? What's his history?

How does At12 bode for FNC? I think we all still need to hope and pray P.Smith of FNC is a good enough Geologist to strike -then FNC and NOT will have something to negotiate with the majors. Still, perhaps with KWG's partnering and this NOT's new find, the Majors may begin to realize their stalling time is running out and they had better get proposals on the table quickly before their opportunities for buyout or JV development with us run out.
