Yes, we can ! Last time I heard there was still a judicial system avilable to hear your grievances. All these deals are tainted in some way and usually enough to get you to the court house.

Wrong! Until they nationalize and put some teeth into the regulations, the regulatory bodies are too cumbersome and legally expensive to seek compliance.
