You think we are going to get a vote on accepting an offer that the BOD thinks is good? That is very doubtful and any shareholders rights agreement will only be implemented at the boards disgression. We need to get the share price up before we can relax and of course that is not in our hands."

Again, exaaaaaaaaaaactly! But how is it that "WE" are going to get the price up. I think that is also in the hands of the ones that will also take the deal.... if you know what I mean.
