NN is confirming what I have been trying to say this morning. Cliffs has arranged the groundwork for a possible takeover of KWG. Once the option papers are signed they have it in the bag. And all for an initial layout of 150k, with a return of 50k if things fall apart. If they take a month or 45 days to complete this, and KWG goes to 15cents, there are going to be some pissed shareholders there.
