FNC traded a larger percentage of their total number of shares and therefore a larger percentage of their market cap than SPQ did today. All I am saying is SPQ had news, FNC has nothing only proximity to NOT. I am not saying FNC is doing anything wrong or right, just that it went up 8 cents today which is 30%. Based on that logic I am of the opinion that NOT is driving the excitement today. This is the NOT board.
