This is very significant news. Some of the large steel makers are in a position to develope their own raw materials supply such as was discussed yesterday in the case of Arcelor-Mittal, the largest in the world. Most steel producers rely on suppliers such as Cleveland Natural Resources to supply the iron ore concentrate, metallurgical coal, dolomite, nickel, cobalt, titanium, and a miriad of other special additives. This is significant because it is a very public beginning to an interest in developement of the chromite resource. Cleveland is not quietly accumulating, it has announced it is acquiring a sizable chunk of KWG. It also is making a statement that it believes in this resource and that infers they are prepared to develope it. The encouraging thing is it has that ability and experience. They have an existing large client base and they are expanding their product offerings. What we have to hope for is other companies bidding for the rights to Noronts chrome. It is hard to believe that there will be multiple producers in the area but you never know. Its a big resource.
