My memory is not as it once was but again I can toss a few things out and others on the forum can fill in.

I am not going in any chronological order here nor should you take my points as gospel. I was around to be sure but at that time had no interest in the ROF.

You know that some time ago KWG found some diamonds. This was a few years ago. They then split the company. Part for the kimberlite and the other for the pges.

Through this time there was a lot of exploring in what was then a moose pasture with few investors interested. PPs were required so a lot of dilution occurred. The sp was .20 then .18. This dropped as well as their jv partners.

The lack of news for a long period of time as well as the economy set the sp to where it is today.

So if you go back you will find this info in the nrs.

I forget the name of the company that was split off for the diamonds. Another poster will know for sure.

So this is a very loose synopsis. Sorry I can't help you more.
