"Frankly I think you're being a little bit too pessimistic...Let's look at the FACTS...the BOD does NOT control all of NOT, as evidenced by the "proxy vote"...I don't beleive any NOT holder will just give their shares away to this potential takeover..."
I look forward to you being correct in your assertions. I suspect we'll land somewhere in between our two camps. In the world of money I take nothing for granted, given what we are going through, owing to why it happened and expecting everyone to do what they can to take what they can particularly from this point on. They took out Nemis, they took out our board, they took out our lines of communication.... for better or worse? We'll have to wait and see. I expect to make money from this company, how much that turns out to be will depend on many human factors. You may think me pessimistic, I don't relate to that term as I try to remain open to both sides of the equation. I'm equally open to the fact that NOT could yield a sizeable income for it's investors. I'm also open to the scenario that it could wind up a little more modest. Both are possible and no one knows which it will turn out to be. There is just too much unknown and far too few who have ever been able to predict NOT's path over the last few years. Most every prediction has been met with the unforseen and therefore the unexpected. We could get taken for a song or we could go out with a symphony. I'll meet either case with equanimity. I hope others will be able to do the same.
