For the Record JD, my post suggested that no major participated in the PP but that the action (aka volume and rising SP) in the last 2 weeks indicates someone is accumulating, possibly a major but at this point nothing can be proven. I agree that the non promotion from our BoD is suspicious and may betray their true motives...
