I don't know how you people see this situation. I guess its because i've been around so long.

When I bought NOT I also picked up FWR and MUG which is now MGR. Although they were 3 separate plays, I did not see them that way.

FWR was sharing the office with MUG/MGR on University Ave in Montreal. Together in the same office.

NOT consisted of 2 guys in an office in Toronto. SPQ shared NOT's office.

So with all of this buddy buddy I just looked at all of these plays as one unit. They generally moved in tandem anyway. JV'd together on several occasions etc... all members of each others boards.

So with this environment you never knew who was in the office to talk with but it didn't matter back then.

Sure we discuss FWR on this forum. We are supposed to, It's part of our DD for the area. Sure we discuss SPQ. It tooo is DD of the area and now plays a much more signifiant role in the ROF.

Snezzer mentions Pumping if that's what you want to call bragging about a play which has released news. News that we are craving for. You darn right. I get enough negativity every friggin day in the paper, on the news and on these forums. If I can say something truthful and impact my sp, I will and I will thank anyone else who can do it.

Don't take this the wrong way. I'm not coming down on Snez by any means. He has his opinion and a point as well so I respect him for that but lets be honest here. We've discussed everything on this forum at one time or another. Thank God we have such a forum. Look at all the good info. John D just posted and all the rest of you people who contribute so inteligently.

FWR is not an OT subject. I say the same for any play in the ROF, any play interested in the ROF, any play which may be interested in a buy out of the ROF or any comparisons of other plays to express a point.

Of course if one hits and spikes I'd like to hear about that one too...:)

Besides, its been mentioned before so lets look at the bargaining table. NOT, FWR, SPQ et al (John knows this group of partners better than anyone IMHO) and FNC so far. That is the head table. On the other side there may be reps from 2 majors...lol
