The intent is not to be cynical but more to being critical with the option to either be skeptical of the ability of our new BoD (as is the leaning to date - based on the record to date) or remain somewhat in the dark as to if and what it is they may eventually propose to this Company's Share Holders as being a NEW Plan (replacing the past BoD's Visionary Corporate Plan) to Maximize Share Holder VALUE, and in what time frame it is they see this Value Maximization occuring.

So far they have not done anything new or with noticable difference to what was being accomplished by the previously Functioning BoD. Nothing new except for increasing the Share Float (DILUTION) purely so some could receive rather low cost Options and others could obtain a very good TAX Write Down on last year Trading Profits, and in both cases, coming at the expence of ALL Share Holders.

This BoD has had much more than sufficient TIME to get their Corporate Plans in place and clearly communicated to their Share Holders and the Investing Public. Yet they have not demonstrated and new initative or clarified what it is they will actually be doing, other than collowing along the WELL DEVELOPED Exploration Plans of the former BoD.

Thus, I Ask of the New BoD; What is your NEW Vision for OUR Company?

Clearly the BS Rus A$$ management were spouting is not an option and thankfully has found it's way to the septic field.

Is it going to take the full 6 - 12 months I thought it could for the Dissident BoD to bone up and understand half as well what even the most transient if investors comprehended based on the former BoD sharing if Corporate information and direction?

Thus, what is it you, as our NEW BoD, see as our way forward?

PS: Something of significance that is truely new would be a welcome beginning. Then we could hash it out on this Forum rather than having you, as a BoD, merely providing long (very long) awaited Assay results and suggesting you are otherwise following the former BoD's direction, though not even having the courtesy to say you are sticking with the same old same old tried, tested, and suceeding Strategy.
