Seems to me that it's not enough for the NOT board to have a news blackout for NOT, they may also be affecting the timely news release for some other plays....such as v.SV perhaps.....two full days of halt....then a weekend......and still no news release.....just does not pass the smell test with me

With NOT being the operator in the JV with SV, they may very well be able to affect the timing of this news....following that theory, I am becoming more convinced that the upcoming news is in relation to the JV and their current drilling
