Good afternoon Cappysmart,

According to my TD Bank Manager, I moved my CYP shares 5000 dollars at 16.5 cents over to my TFSA account. My Bank Manager reminded me that I still can claim the capital loss since my original shares were purchased at 29 cents. On Monday I am going to clarify this or I'll call webroker to clarify. I'll repost with my findings.
