I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but, it would seem that Noront is the operator as per the following quote...

"Upon Southampton earning its 50% interest in the property, Southampton and Noront shall form a joint management committee to further develop the property as a joint venture with Noront continuing to act as the operator."

Therefore, if the news is in fact with regards to the JV.....why isn't NOT halted as well....especially with them acting as the operator

Or am I missing something....perhaps the news is material to Southampton but not material to NOT?
