And I have to agree with you here. The market is a constantly evolving entity, and each day we spend involved in it is another lesson. If ever one decides they are smart enough to stop listening is the day they become stupid.

I don't know that I would not go into debt anymore when chasing opportunity though. I have never done so in the past simply on principal, but if ever there was a time when I thought that opportunity was ripe, it is now. If this current upward trend starts to gather steam, as I think it might, I just may bet the farm on it.
