Okay for those of you in Canada who know about Vancouver Island and our lack of snow, just to let you know we have had roughly 3 &1/2 feet of snow here in Nanaimo in the last ten days. Our snow fall this December has been more than the average for a lot of places in Canada for the month. Oh and it is still snowing as I type this. Unlike the rest of Canada we do not have the snow removal equipment to keep up. And most people don't even put all-season tires on their cars let alone snow tires. It has been an interesting week and a half!

Oh ya and Berta eating the snow can be cool as it is like shaved ice. My only caution is don't eat the yellow snow. LOL
