It is a hard lesson to be content in the good times as well as the bad. But it is indeed a choice. A teacher once said that we are not to worry about tomorrow for the current day has enough trouble of its own. Nor are we going to add one iota to our own height by such worry. We simply have to accept what we face, embrace it, learn from it and make the best. Never easy of course but necessary all the same.

What a year 2008 has been! Lessons learned - now let's put them into practice in 2009!
