I'll agree since the results released so far from underground sampling just seems to have no relationship to assays from above ground work.

Yes Noront knew these veins and good bearing deposits where hard to define by poking holes from above which is why they committed so much money to portal and access from below. It seemed next to impossible that sufficient gold could not be extracted to more than cover the cost of access work.

We aren't talking a big mine at current gold prices to recover 10 or 20 million dollars and while a 20 million dollar deposit is small potatoes compared to what's found at E1 and E2 it's still a tidy bit of cash. No wonder long term investors in Noront are wondering what's going on.
