Yes, raise the contribution amount, and....

They also need to lower the age requirement from 18 to 16, my 16 year old pays tax, albeit a small amount, none the less she does, there are thousands of 16 year olds working and paying tax on thier earnings. Why should this program be limited to 18 yr olds and older. I am sure the familys of these 16 year olds would love the head start.
