HERE WE GO AGAIN!! A new breed of opaque Merchant Bank and Hedge Funds charging huge fees, aquiring cheap shares and providing Private Placements to control and manipulate our Junior Resource Sector. As we all know from our experience, they have no regard for best inerests of the sector or anyone else. At best these guys are immoral but have the ability to make this sound like an opportunity for everyone, just like our Government. Our Regulators should be all over these guys as soon as they raise their heads but we all know who they work for so it is up to us to recognize this for what it is and spread the word. SCAM US AGAIN!
