Call Joan at NOT IR and ask her what is taking so long to get the PP approved by the exchange. The way the stock price is behaving makes me wonder what is going on between NOT management and the exchange. After all, NOT was the top performing junior on the exchange last year. This alone will make you stand out in the crowd.
