Sunk Costs - wrong tone of voice - Black Swan - sense of urgency

Realistically, NOT cannot afford to spend money on buy in awards for new employees (read: the newbies on the BoD) nor can it afford the exit fees for sending people home. Another omission on behalf of Rosseau, wrong tone of voice from the former opinion leader. We almost need a PP to get the Rosseau co-ordinated transformation done in the first place, how sad a story for time being.

Patsy A. is now starring in Mission Impossible IV, but you know what, he'll come out as a winner just like us, the retail holders, and I guess that's real the Black Swan for now, the enthusiasm of retail for NOT. So, there must be a second Black Swan somewhere in the JBL swamps. As I have understood, we will make a killing after all (rumours only, haha) as long as our fellow stakeholders conduct fair play (and do not keep away fantastic drill results in the make, longer than strictly necessary).

BoD should realize that the water level is at their lips, and this very Board senses that they are not hanging in to the extend needed. Patsy's way to fame will however be solely NOT, as NOT will deliver on RN's vision rather than promises, no doubt about it. Try to hang in.
