Hi FWIW

Here's how I see "short selling"

Businesses/Institutions/Organizations etc can NOT make law. They can make "rules" but those "rules" must be "within the law".

Until it is LEGAL to sell EVERYTHING that is "borrowed" then it should be ILLEGAL to sell ANYTHING that is "borrowed"

I guess the question then becomes "Are we legally allowed to sell something that is not ours".
