don't you think the writing is on the wall. pp filled at .80 cents when stock is at .45 cents. institutional holdings up to 55 % & likely still on the rise. we all believe the sp does not reflect what noront has already proven. forget what is to come. plus 40 mil in the bank. whats that old saying....FOLLOW THE MONEY. these uncertian times sure have not helped us but every dog has its day. again
