No question but that should put a stop to slide in price of that commodity but doesn't help in establishing any kind of high valuation for 'Chromite' in the ROF.

Given that production from ROF is many years down the road it's not likely to change the fact that a huge rich Chomite zone is likely to be worth money, how much seems to be tough to estimate.
