My best guess is that the suspicions of the posters concerning Windfall come from the takeover groups initial comments that Windfall was a waste and other such language. Many posters will have a difficult time letting guard down after such remarks. I do believe one poster phoned and got a response on Windfall that seemed less than accurate and certainly not forthcoming.

I have no idea what is going on, due to the lack of info., but I'm keeping my ears and theories open.
