Good morning to all,

Sometime ago we would be constantly reminded not to be posting Off Topic posts on this board. The board was busy with informative posts directy dealing with either NOT's progress or their PR's that were posted on an average of 2 per months. If you all recall, back in those days we could call Richard's office, ask questions and report back to this board with pages of informative notes. Investors were kept update with the progress. It is obvious that with our New BOD the policies and rules have changed. Hopefully the reason for being silent will all make perfect sense in the end.
