Problem for juniors is that the 'Chromite' is going to take a lot of expensive drilling to prove up resource estimate. There is likely a huge value up there and there has to be in order to support infrastructure cost and higher cost of extraction.

So far there has not been any indication from a 'major' that they'd be willing to front the exploration costs. That leaves it up to juniors to prove they have enough for major to become involved.

Given the current downturn and lack of interest in base metals or juniors it's tough to see how FWR can raise the kind of money to prove their deposit size and unlikely Noront will go nuts drilling Chromite since such exploration would boost value of other chromite explorers and I feel Noront would want some kind of quid pro quo.

IMHO there has to be a joint exploration agreement arrived at between those companies with lion's share of chromite deposits.
