It would be my guess that the reason is cold blood vs. warm blood. Perhaps those at NOT, if planning to pick up shares, are going to do it more cheaply on the market at a later point. I feel that those at UC, being more like the old NOT board, have more than just a monetary interest and also buy on the way down picking up good deals. Just my impressions. When markets recover or sentiments change on the commodities both NOT and UC should burn some rubber.

As D12 pointed out there will not be much response to Cr presently, therefore, it will be a wait before the sun shines again and NOT's sp will respond to the market like most of the others that are out of favour at a given point in time.
