I and many others strongly disagree. The options granted were not an appropriate incentive. Options at $4 or $5 would have been an incentive rather than a 'gift' .

None of us are going to object to raising funds for exploration and that's what Management and BoD should properly be involved in BUT get those funds at the right price without taking longer term investors to the cleaners with dilution. That's hard work and takes smarts to do at anytime. What they did was take the easiest possible way to raise funds be selling shares below what they are worth and I don't see any reason to reward them for that.

We'll find out soon if the TSX is going to approve the proposed options and private placement. Maybe they will and maybe the TSX will upon investigation and reflection suggest alterations to proposed actions.
