I would pose the question to Noront .

Mr. Parissoto said it is normal for the dissent proxy to be compensated for their expenses IF they win ,well they did not win ,are the expenses still going to be awarded to Rosseau.Please ask Noront ,because this could mean 300,000 plus shares of dillution at .80 cents
