You have a valid point BUT consider that many use this board for unbaised due dilligence and the recent announcement of Private Placement is more than worthy of discussion. The actions of the new BoD as well.

If this forum is only meant to 'Promote' investment in Noront then it will wither and die, as it should.

Noront may pay for this forum but it's we 'retail' shareholders who contribute to it and expect to benefit from it. Flexing the muscles to indicate strong disapproval (or approval) of recent Board actions is a beneficial attribute of this Forum.
