Your Handle says a lot, BUT:

Even Companies and their Management as well as their BoD NEED to Change with the TIMES!

And heralding back to the days of BLIND HOPE are but an abuse of the TIMES.
It is the New BoD that has to make the Adjustment.

Just as the Former BoD successfully DID SO!
