Sorry about disagreeing but have to indicate that, imho, it's a waste of time contacting anyone other than the TSX.

My reasoning is that sharp business practises do not fall into the category of 'fraud'. Unless you or anyone else has evidence of intentional holding back of exploration results in order to unduly enrich those 'in the know' there is nothing fraudulent in BoD's proposed actions.

The BoD does have authority to do what they are doing and only if it can be shown that their actions are contrary to the best interests of the shareholders OR something a 'reasonable' person would not take could they be slapped down. Hard to prove and not something we should be saying they have done.

Requesting justification for the BoD's behavious doesn't seem out of line but if they go ahead our only recourse could be at a meeting of shareholders to vote them out.
