Just heard this morning (someone on the inside) that Xstrata will be laying off up to 250 ......looking to make early retirement deals to ackomplish this.....I believe a couple mines being shut down or majorly cut back....not sure of all the details, but watch the news....I'm sure it will be coming soon if it hasn't already hit the wires....
