To the new Noront Board of Directors:

I am deeply concerned that your words at the AGM two weeks ago

are directly belied by your actions in initiating a Private Placement

and granting yourselves options. As persons who have a fiduciary

duty to the shareholders of the company, neither of these actions

appears to be in the best interest of the shareholders. Please provide

the details that would support your position that your actions are in

the best interest of the shareholders at your earliest convenience.
